Booking sessions

Sessions are booked through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, and confirmed by a member of our team before payment is due.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are counted as used.

Pausing and refunds

Packages can be paused for up to 30 days. Unused sessions in a package are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Completed sessions are not refundable.

No outcome guarantee

We build every plan around passing, but we can't guarantee a specific score or outcome — your result depends on your own preparation and circumstances.
